Sailai air cooled chiller simply transfers the energy from the air to water. In the diagram, air passes the evaporator which filled with a very hot refrigerant. Heat from the evaporator is transfer with air. The heater air is go back to the nature. And the colder refrigerant go through the heat pump system to the expansion valve which make the refrigerant colder again. Then the refrigerant will transfer energy to the water through special titanium heat exchanger/tube in shell heat exchanger.
